From Art Cashin

The stock market may be approaching a very, very critical area. A savvy friend on the floor
points out that all 30 Dow components are below their respective 50 day moving averages (DMA). That's an infrequent
occurrence that happens every couple of years. The phenomenon occurs with some frequency near market bottoms.
Barrons cited a variety on technicals and cycles that hint a test, and maybe a bottom, may be at hand.

Today and tomorrow will be a very very interesting day
