Yahoo!: Faber on CNBC reports that Carl Icahn is mulling a YHOO proxy fight (25.41 +0.18) -Update-

Says Icahn seems likely to run short-slate of directors, noting if Icahn were to win 3-4 Board seats, he'd force a deal with MSFT, if MSFT is willing. Notes that deadline for nominating a slate is Thursday.
