CCU Clear Channel: Faber on CNBC says a new CCU deal would include a price cut (33.28 +3.28) -Update-

Faber says talks continue, and he cannot confirm the WSJ report of a $36 per share price (see 12:08 comment). Says new deal would involve a new vote from shareholders.
