V Visa Offering was on March 18th for 30 days or exactly 4/27/08 there can be no analysis coverage (upgrades, downgrades, any type of initiations) now you know this will be jumped on by all the big firms come the end of the quiet period. So this will definitely be in play as this is only 10 days away. I added another 100 shares here @ 66.55.
